ERT 906/R The spare tire mount or carrier for the Sprinter allows to take a second spare tire or relocate the spare tire, when a auxiliary tank is mounted. The spare wheel holder is made of 40 mm steel tubing and powder coated black. It is attached to the door hinges and the tailgate itself. Kit comes with a support plate for the inside of the door to make it more rigid. Drilling is required! The spare tire holder is available for the left and right sides, however they differ in the type of mounting, because the right rear door is structured differently than the left. A stainless steel cable with lock to secure the spare wheel is included.

The installation is only possible on vehicles with 180 degree door hinges. 180 degree hinges can be purchased through us for the door to make this tire carrier work. Please contact us if you have this situation.
