Product Returns

All sales are final with these exceptions:

  1. You received the wrong part or the correct part does not fit the correct vehicle
  2. Damaged products

To initiate the reimbursement or return process, you must e-mail us directly through our contact us with an explanation for why you want to return the merchandise. If you believe there is something wrong with the item that was delivered to you, you must contact us within 3 calendar days after the date of delivery of the merchandise you want to return. Your e-mailed request to return the merchandise must include clear images showing the issue (e.g., a design issue that makes installation unexpectedly not possible). In order for you to return your item(s), you must receive a return e-mail from us confirming our receipt of your request and authorizing you to return your item(s). You agree that before you attempt to obtain a refund directly through your credit card company, you will show us a good-faith effort to resolve any issues with your order by contacting us directly through our contact us and receiving a confirmation from us that we did receive your message. If you do not receive a confirmation of receipt of your e-mail within two business days, you agree to send a second e-mail message through our contact us AND to also call Us at 505-428-0646. Your need to take the latter two steps is highly unlikely, and we normally respond to all e-mails within 24 hours….often in much less time than that. Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization. That return merchandise authorization (RMA) e-mail you receive from us will include the address to which we will require that the items be returned.

If you had received the incorrect part, we will reimburse you as soon as we determine that you did receive the wrong part and the incorrect part is received by us.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. In many cases, however, you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

 

Payment Method

Please call in to our workshop in the US: 505-428-0646 between the hours of 9:00 am – 5:00 pm MT. We will process your payment over the phone using your card. At that time we can address any questions you may have.

 

Shipping Terms

Items will be shipped directly to you from our manufacturer in Germany. Delivery time is normally 10 days to 2 weeks.

Rear bumpers are all customs orders due to the amount of options available and will be 4-6 weeks. Rear bumpers are steel and heavy which triggers a customs charge here in the US. You will be informed of this before-hand and will agree to paying a customs fee of usually $250-$400 post-purchase. The customs broker arrangements, power of attorney, and fee payment will be handled by us and the item will arrive normally to you.
